Do I need a reservation? Or are walk-ins welcome?

We recommend making a reservation so you can skip the line and spend more time exploring all that the Christmas Capital of Texas has to offer. Walk-ins are welcome through December 17th. Where do I park?

Parking is FREE! Right in front of Main Street Santa at 122 North Main Street, Grapevine. This is very easy to access. We are in the parking lot with The Grapevine Escape, Sauce'd, and LA Burger.

Question 3

I do not see your A La Carte menu on your reservations page. How can I purchase from the A La Carte menu?

A La Carte menu items are not available for purchase online. A La Carte items are only available for purchase in person, if you already have a reservation you may add any item from the A La Carte menu once you arrive! See y'all soon!

Question 4

We have multiple families that want pictures, is it possible to take them together?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely! However, each household needs a reservation, and book your times back-to-back. You can let us know via email or when you book your reservation, which families would like a photo together. We can fit up to 8 people in a photo with Santa.

Question 5

How will I receive my digital images?

Accepted Answer

Included in all photo packages are your digital images. You will have access to your digital images immediately after your photo session. Scan the QR code we give you and you’ll be able to download them. Remember to tag us in your posts on Instagram (@mainstreetsanta) and Facebook!

When should I arrive for my reservation?

Please arrive 5 minutes AHEAD of your scheduled reservation window so you can be ready to see Santa. We aim to begin your photos within your scheduled 4-minute window, however, your start time is not a guarantee.

Question 7

How many people can fit in a photo with Santa?

Accepted Answer

We can fit 8 people in a picture with Santa. Each household/friend group needs a separate reservation. Please book your times back-to-back to make this happen. We love helping create these traditions!

Do you offer refunds? Can I reschedule?

Accepted Answer

We do not offer refunds. If you need to reschedule, you can reschedule up to 2 hours prior to your reservation time using the "Manage Booking” button from your reservation email. If you are having issues, please text or call us.

What if we wake up and child is sick?

Accepted Answer

Reservations are not refundable but with communication we can reschedule you manually. Send us an email at mainstreetsanta@gmail.com. We appreciate you letting us know as soon as you know, and hope everyone gets healthy quickly!
