You are welcome to walk-in and see Santa before or after your train ride! Your North Pole Express train ticket includes a free 4x6 printed photo or the equivalent of $10 towards a photo package. A La Carte menu items are not available for purchase online. A La Carte items are only available for purchase in person, if you already have a reservation you may add any item from the A La Carte menu once you arrive! See y'all soon!

Walk-ins are always welcome. We recommend making a reservation so you can skip the line and spend more time exploring all that the North Pole Express Village has to offer. Remember there are 3 ways to see Santa: Make a reservation, Story Time with Santa, or Walk-in.

Included in all photo packages are your digital images. You will have access to your digital images immediately after your photo session. Scan the QR code we give you and you’ll be able to download them. Remember to tag us in your posts on Instagram (@mainstreetsanta) and Facebook!

We are contracted with the City of Grapevine to provide Santa photos for train participants.

Yes! We gladly welcome all well-behaved pets. However, please ensure that your pets are leashed at all times and comply with all city requirements when they are not being photographed. If you plan to bring your furry friends, Thursdays would be an ideal day as there are fewer crowds and no trains running.

There is free parking on the street and in surrounding neighborhoods around Main Street. There is a paid parking garage approximately 2 blocks away off East Dallas Road. Handicap parking is available behind the Convention Visitors Bureau building.

We do not offer refunds. If you need to reschedule your reservation, you can reschedule up to 4 hours prior to your appointment using the link provided in your confirmation email.
