  • I do not see your A La Carte menu on your reservations page. How can I purchase from the A La Carte menu?
    A La Carte menu items are not available for purchase online. A La Carte items are only available for purchase in person, if you already have a reservation you may add any item from the A La Carte menu once you arrive! See y'all soon!
  • When should I arrive for my reservation?
    Arrive a few minutes before your scheduled 5 minute window so you can be ready to see Santa. We aim to begin your photos within your scheduled 5-minute window, however, your start time is not a guarantee.
  • What do the Keepsake Frames look like?
    4x6 Keepsake Frame included in Santa’s Favorite photo package
  • How many people can fit in a photo with Santa?
    8 people can fit in a picture with Santa.
  • Do I need a reservation? Or are walk-ins welcome?
    Walk-ins are always welcome. We recommend making a reservation so you can skip the line and spend more time exploring all that the North Pole Express Village has to offer. Remember there are 3 ways to see Santa: Make a reservation, Story Time with Santa, or Walk-in.
  • How will I receive my digital images?
    Included in all photo packages are your digital images. You will have access to your digital images immediately after your photo session. Scan the QR code we give you and you’ll be able to download them. Remember to tag us in your posts on Instagram (@mainstreetsanta) and Facebook!
  • Where do I park?
    There is free parking available in front of Main Street Santa at 122 North Main Street, Grapevine. We are in the parking lot with The Grapevine Escape, Sauce'd, and LA Burger.
  • Do you offer refunds for Picture with Santa? / Can I reschedule?
    We do not offer refunds. If you need to reschedule your reservation, you can reschedule up to 4 hours prior to your appointment using the link provided in your confirmation email.
