Reservations:

Do I need a reservation? Or are walk-ups welcome?

Walk-ins are not guaranteed. We recommend getting a reservation!

Every package that you have on your reservations page includes "digital images on a flash drive". Can I reserve a package online without this feature added?

No. All reservations made online include the flash drive with all digital images. If you are wanting to purchase our photo packages at the prices shown on our website, you can do so in-person without a reservation on the day of your photo session.

I do not see your A La Carte menu on your reservations page. How can I purchase from the A La Carte menu?

You can only purchase from our A La Carte menu in-person at Main Street Santa on the day of your photo session. This menu's selection cannot be purchased online!

Do you offer refunds for Picture with Santa? / Can I reschedule?

We do not offer refunds. If you are needing to reschedule your reservation, you can reschedule up to 24 hours before your appointment using the link provided in your confirmation email.

What can I use my picture voucher for?

Your voucher has a $10 value and can be applied towards any photo purchase.

Do I have to ride the train to get my picture with Santa?

Nope! Click here to book a time that works for you.

How many people can fit in a photo with Santa?

6 people can fit in a picture with Santa.

Where are you located?

Where do I park? 

There is free parking on the street and in surrounding neighborhoods around Main Street. There is a paid parking garage approximately 2 blocks away off East Dallas Road. Handicap parking is available behind the Convention Visitors Bureau building.

When should I arrive?

Arrive on time. Our aim is to begin your photos within your scheduled 5-minute window, however, your start time is not a guarantee.

Can I bring my pet?

YES! We welcome all well-behaved pets. Pets must be leashed and follow all city requirements when not having their photos taken. 

Story Time with Santa:

How do I book the Story Time event for more than one child?

If you are purchasing a Story Time reservation for more than one child, you will need to complete the purchase process more than once. One purchase only secures a slot for one child. Each additional sibling will need their own ticket.

What is Story Time with Santa?

Children will gather around Santa for some of his favorite stories and songs. After Story Time, each family will get the opportunity to take pictures with Santa. Your photo package will include a Collector's North Pole Express Train Frame, 4 Wallet Prints, and a Flash Drive of all images taken. This is more commonly known as our North Pole Express package, valued at $55.

Siblings can be photographed together and separately. Parents are welcome to take photos with their children as well!

Do you offer refunds for Story Time with Santa?

We do not offer refunds for Story Time. Even if you are a "no show".

 

Can I reschedule my Story Time session?

You cannot reschedule your Story Time session. Please make sure you are able to attend before purchasing. 

My child is a baby, do they need a ticket to Story Time with Santa?

Each family will need at least one ticket to secure a slot for Story Time. Every child you are bringing that is 3 years or older will require a ticket to Story Time. 2 years old and younger will not require an additional ticket!
