How will you provide a safe environment during the Covid-19 Pandemic? 

Your safety is our top priority. In our building, everyone 10 years and older will be required to wear a face mask. We recommend everyone over the age of 2 to wear one. As for your photo session, Santa's set design will be reworked this year to provide a touch-free photo opportunity. Santa will be behind a Plexiglass and will not be wearing a mask. You ARE allowed to take your mask off for the photo if you would like. However, it must be put back on immediately after your photos are taken. Our policies, as well as, state and local guidelines may change before now and then - so, check out our FAQ tab for the most up-to-date information on how Main Street Santa will operate under the COVID-19 Pandemic.

Where are you located?

*New Location* We are now located at The Convention Visitors Bureau, 636 South Main Street, in Downtown Grapevine. This is a bigger venue than previous years - meaning there will be plenty of space to social distance!

Where do I park? 

There is free parking on the street and in surrounding neighborhoods around Main Street. There is a paid parking garage approximately 2 blocks away off East Dallas Road. Handicap parking is available behind the Convention Visitors Bureau building.

Do I have to ride the train to get my picture with Santa?

Nope! Click here to book a time that works for you.

What can I use my picture voucher for?

Your voucher has a $10 value and can be applied towards any photo purchase.

When should I arrive?

Arrive on time. Our aim is to begin your photos within your scheduled 5-minute window, however, your start time is not a guarantee.

Do you offer refunds? / Can I reschedule?

We do not offer refunds. Refunds will only be offered if the city of Grapevine cancels or shuts down the event. If you are needing to reschedule your reservation, you can reschedule up to 24 hours before your appointment using the link provided in your confirmation email.

Do I need a reservation? Or are walk-ups welcome?

Walk-ins are not guaranteed. We recommend getting a reservation!

How do I book the Story Time event for more than one child?

If you are purchasing a Story Time reservation for more than one child, you will need to complete the purchase process more than once. One purchase only secures a slot for one child. Each additional sibling will need their own ticket.

Can I bring my pet?

YES! We welcome all well-behaved pets. Pets must be leashed and follow all city requirements when not having their photos taken.
